Load Centers

Product details

Overview
The Low Voltage Load Center (Distribution Board) is a key component in electrical systems, used as a main or sub-distribution point in residential, commercial, and industrial installations. It distributes incoming power into multiple protected outgoing circuits to ensure safe and reliable power distribution.

The panels are designed in compliance with SASO IEC 61439 to ensure high safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Features
The load center offers flexible configurations supporting MCCB, MCB, RCCB, and RCD devices. It features a modern compact design that saves space and provides a clean architectural appearance suitable for modern buildings. Enhanced safety is ensured through a full earthing system and enclosed busbar design to prevent accidental contact with live parts.

Performance & Protection
Provides high protection against electrical faults with selectivity, ensuring only the faulty circuit is isolated without a complete system shutdown. Tested for short-circuit withstand up to 10kA, and busbar strength up to 25kA for 250ms.

Designed for thermal stability and continuous operation in accordance with IEC 61439-3, and capable of operation up to 2000 meters altitude without performance loss.

Reliability
Manufactured using electro-galvanized steel with polyester powder coating for corrosion resistance. Tested under 1000-hour salt spray conditions to ensure long-term durability in harsh environments.
